Cousin and I had a lease years ago that we had 17 blinds erected. Never knew what would be there if a window was left even partially open.

I had to replace both chairs and the carpet, plus I had to take some spray paint to the subfloor to cover/seal the stains and smell. Freaking owls...

Pretty sure that it's illegal to move them also. Owls are basically on the same level as Eagles. Technically, I don't think you are supposed to disturb them. Now with that said, .....

Nasty little critters. PSA: when cleaning out the stand, wear gloves and a mask. If heard of people getting very sick from breathing their feces.

I had that same thing happen years ago. I almost pushed the blind over the cliff it was on after they were gone.

My son left the windows open in the blind the night before. Got in the morning and heard some scratching around. Moved the camouflage netting I use to cover windows and found this! Luckily, flew out of open door. Wasn't in long enough to make a mess.

Found out after an owl flew into our house that they're endangered. I'm pretty sure if I ever found one in one of our blinds I would just opt to never go back to that blind and get a new one. Those birds are effing crazy.

I scared one out of the blind one morning that had only been in there a day or tow. Had to keep the window closed before the sun came up because he kept trying to fly back in there with me.

Wear a respirator or at least a dust mask. Neighbor nearly died from cleaning his blind out a few years back.
Thursday at 12:45 PM #33 Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

I have a barn owl or owls try to come in my blind every morning I'm in it. I have to keep the windows latched until LST and even that might be too early.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.
