3200 acre lease in Sutton County for serious management minded hunters. Abundant Whitetails along with Axis and Turkey. This is a level three MLD ranch that has been game managed for the past three years. Hunters have been able to harvest up to eight Whitetails annually and several Axis per hunter. Turkeys are abundant and there is no problem harvesting the annual limit. Each hunter has a 320 acre section to himself to hunt within.

The annual lease fee is $2,500.00 per hunter and this includes the bulk protein feeding program and annual electricity usage. There is a ranch house with kitchen and bath as well as walk in cooler and concrete Deer cleaning station. There are three spots open on this lease. Children are allowed to hunt for an additional fee.

BTW there is no limit on axis and no trophy fees they are all included in the lease. This is a great bow/gun lease. I have killed several axis bucks ranging from 15 Inches to 31 inches. My cull whitetail was a 7 point that scored 115. There are only 10 guns total. PM me if interested.

what's the closest town to the lease. Two of us are in Rockwall and one in Kerrville. Need to figure out distance. I am currently driving to Harper about 310 miles

You mention that children can hunt for an additional fee. Can the wife hunt off the husbands allotment or is she an extra fee also. Either way how additional?

only payed hunter during whitetail season, kids and wife can go in the off season but they are not suppose to hunt. If you opt to have your child hunt its an additional $1250 unlimited axis deer and your aloted MLD whitetail tags and turkey, hogs, etc is what they can harvest.
