Just picked up a few of these with the full enclosure. Anyone ever hunted out of them? Going on a lease near Ozona.

I haven't personally, but there's a guy on our lease that loves his. He doesn't have the cover for it, but its tucked back in some thick country. On cold days he just layers up.

Ive thought about getting one for a spot we dont hunt much. I think there was a post on here last week or earlier this week talkin about how they arent supposed to be selling them because they were recalled.

I got one very similar on clearance at Walmart last year. I don't have an enclosure. I didn't figure it would last very long. Like stated above just layer up when it's cold. I'm a wuss and don't use it if it's raining.

I got one last year and like it. I got the enclosure as well. I also bought some outdoor carpet for the floor to keep the cold air out and built a shelf for my stuff to set on, I took the enclosure off and the chair out after the season was over and will put them back on about 2 weeks before rifle season so maybe they will last a little longer. Oh and the chair squeaks bad when turning.

One other thing, the chair is made so that the back rest can flip either way so that one person can face one way and another person can face the other. This sucks. It takes away about half of the bottom of the seat. I did some "southern engineering" and moved the back support all the way to the back of the seat. Made it a ton better to set in.

Yes, works fine. Not the most comfortable but convenient. Do the preassembly on a solid floor, lots of nuts, bolts, and washers to drop.
