FOR ANNUAL LEASE: 1,360 Ac. 5.5 miles West of Estelline. It's is a really good looking kinda gnarly looking piece of hunting ground. There are two wells on the place but they are a little gyppy. You could run a trailer but it's not potable. There is electric nearby and available but not on the place. There is a small RV park in Estelline. Hasn't been hunted in several years and should produce good numbers and some bigger bucks. It will have both Whitetail and Mule deer, quail, dove and plenty of hogs and other predators. Currently no wheat on the place but some nearby. It had 60 Ac. in wheat year before last but it's growing back into grass this year.
