I have a 2800 acre lease available SW of Childress on a rarely hunted ranch. The ranch has two deep creeks that run north and south through the native pasture. The property has some very deep cover and some nice open rolling open areas. There are multiple surface tanks that hold water after good rains, 6 windmill tubs, and one creek is spring fed. Cover is mostly mesquite with areas of cedar as well. Wildlife consists of a good mixture of white-tail and mule deer, dove, bob-white quail, duck, and feral hogs. We are looking for a group of up to 6 guns and want to enter in a long term agreement of at least 2-3 years. Please PM me if interested or want more details.
