All inclusive day lease being offered at this time. Price includes lodging, beverages, food, and three hunts.
No trophy fees, no hidden fees. Flat rate per day, per hunter.
This land is located in the upper section of the Northeast corner of Stephens county, very close to Posssum Kingdom Lake.
There is approx 1.5 miles of cedar creek bottom land, as well as mesquite flats, and rough terrain on the property.
We offer Deer, turkey, and Hog hunting opportunities.
We do not guarantee any kills as we cannot predict animal behavior and this is low fenced property.
Pricing:
Deer - $400.00 per person, per day. ( no trophy fees )
Turkey - 250.00 per person, per day
Hogs - 300.00 per person per day ( year round ) and night hunts are available after deer season is over.
Rules:
1. All hunting licenses shall be checked upon arrival and assurance that you have the proper tags, license, etc. you will not hunt until you are legal
2. All bows and firearms will be live fired on our range to ensure accuracy before we will take you out
3. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed a minimum of 3 hours prior to your hunt or during your hunt for your safety as well as ours.
4. Rates are non-negotiable
5 a custom hunt package can be put together with both the client and the outfitter and that package will be negotiated and the rates agreed upon by both parties. For example you had a group of 5 and wanted two days with both hogs and deer,
6. Safety is the main priority over anything else, if you are not safety conscious we do not want to hunt with you and will ask you to leave and no refund will be given. This is the most serious topic we will have and there are no exceptions..

Is this the ranch just east of Ivan? Does the property go all the way back to Cedar Creek?
