Hey hunters how's the deer hunting in and around blackwell. Coke and Nolan county. Going to my uncle's for thanksgiving. Going to try and hunt the weekend, bucks fitting hard yet. How bad will rain hurt thier movement

I hunt just north in Maryneal and the rut activity was slow last weekend.

I hunt just north in Maryneal and the rut activity was slow last weekend. Really? where abouts? I hunt in the same area as well. Maybe we are neighbors and chit

I'm in Blackwell now. Up untill today deer movement has been well above average. Rut is winding down quick.

What are you seeing 7 mag we had a 10 harvested opening weekend. Mature deer. Another lease guy shot a young 10, should have probably passed on. Some of the other lease guys are seeing some decent deer. I have not had anything that just has got me pumped. A few young basket 8s and does. Hoping it picks up though. We shall see.
