He looks younger than 5 to me. I say 3.5 at the oldest.

They look older in cold temps when they fluff their hair to hold in heat. I would say 2 or 3 at most.

The fluffy part I get, now understand. I asked about the rut in another post, well they are for sure in rut here. All I saw this morning, none under the feeder, was does running for their life. Again thanks to everybody!!!
