What is your favorite brand/model deboning knife for deer? Wanting to put a new one on my Christmas wish list.

Rapala fillet knife less than 15 bucks and they work absolutely awesome!

I use a Forschner 6" flex, but the 5" is a good choice also. Next time you go to the grocery store ask the butcher what he uses. Purdy good chance he uses the same...
