I understand that they are loaded just south of Columbus near the airport at Top Flight. jK.

A friend was in a restaurant near Altair and was told that there were a lot of quail in that area. What do you have available in Colorado county?

I will be deer hunting on my wife's cousin's small ranch near Rock Island November 23-26. I thought I might take a shotgun along for the downtime. There is a good size pond on the property that may draw in some waterfowl also.

If the place is small I can't imagine that banging around shooting quail and ducks would enhance your chances of seeing a deer.

After that I might just as soon shoot some birds.
