I had a bad experience with another outfitter, and three unhappy hunters, so I called Johnny. He was a dream come true for everyone. Johnny was booked solid but went out of his way for us to get deer and still take care of everyone else.
We were hunting in Childress and my Dad, 77 years old had 7 shots, my older son 3, plus a hog, and I had one, but I had my two little boys 7, and 4 with me, so they had a fantastic time.
My Dad was so impressed with Johnny, he said he wanted to go there every year, while he is still alive. He is in bad health, but Johnny made him feel at home. I've hunted with Johnny in the past and always had success, can you imagine sitting on any stand and seeing fields of 20 does plus monster bucks??? Awesome
Johnny is a true professional, class act, and went far above what he should have done on a moments notice. After my two negative hunts in Shamrock, I called Johnny, his answer, get here as soon as possible, we were there in two hours and shooting, doesn't get any better. That's deer hunting Panhandle style. All low fence but them deer are humongous. I want to say a special , "Thank you" to Johnny for helping us out in a bind after getting shortchanged by another outfitter, he made a family hunt great.
