Most the poachers I meet have 3 teeth and drink keystone light.. I'm sure a open handed slap would connect from my end. Haha.. I don't care what they are caring because I protect myself too. wink

Hunting in magnolia would be better in a gated community.

Thanks for the information. My property is 10 miles from Gorman. I'll be on the lookout for him, but hopefully he will be in jail.

Good job on your part.

Caught a road hunter last year myself. Slow rolling the dead end road leading to our ranch. Brother and I confronted him before he attempted to shoot anything. Said he was just sticking his gun out the window to use his scope to look at stuff and WOULD NEVER shoot across a fence from the road. Gave the game warden his info and location. Game warden said he was going to go find him and write the ticket, but I never heard back.

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.

Good, means I'm not related to him!

I have a place between Gorman and Desdemona and another between Gorman and Comanche. Since those places aren't hunted I'm sure he's helped manage the herd.

Hope they slow him down.

Until I'm deputized, I will not be confronting strangers up to no good with guns..Not my job or place; enjoy my safety too much to choose a deer over life!

I may have lined up and fired a shot into his engine and hope it hit the block. But then an 8-- yard shot is a nice shot to make accurately haha

Nice job in handling it he right way

Had that problem at place in Mills county. Creek crosses the county road down from the house, used to be a spot the road hunters would stop and cut up the deer and toss remains in the creek. Never did actually see one but we have since started putting up a game cam watching the crossing. didn't realize the deer and turkey used the crossing that much!!!
