My 13 yr old has decided he wants to start tagging along on my duck hunts. From what I have read the only thing he needs is the youth licenses correct? The way I read it, this licenses is exempt from the state endorsement requirements and no federal duck stamp is required until the age of 16 correct. I appreciate any input y'all may have.

That is correct. Might want to go ahead and do the hunter's safety sometime if he likes hunting. You are correct, just a $7 license is all that is required, they do not need an APH permit either.
