Decided to try something different then my normal peppered pork loin. Boiled some orange marmalade, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and red pepper. Let it cool and marinated for an hour. Will put a coat on when I pull them off.

Mushrooms in bacon grease, pinot grigio, minced garlic, and worchestershire. Will add some heavy cream at the end.

that looks really good Rusty i'm a pork eating sob cooked some nice porksteaks over mesquite for supper this evening....i could eat those mushrooms by themselves lol food

I cut up potatoes lightly apply olive oil and put garlic powder, Tony Charchisres, your favorite steak seasoning and then turn it in the olive oil and add more season cook for 20 min on a grill stir them every five minutes everyone loves them that I have had try it that way
