Not looking for existing lease - would like to lease year-round, exclusive hunting rights for myself and *maybe* one friend on 150-200 acres in the general area of Jack County. The closer to DFW, the better.

Willing to pay premium price if it's worth it.

lol, I assume y'all are speaking tongue in cheek here. In that case, Webb County is pretty light on deer, too!

...and it may have been in drought not too long ago but it's not anymore!

..and it doesn't have to be IN Jack County, one of the surrounding counties will work just fine. Just want something within 2 hours or Plano, Tx.

I here Palo Pinto's nice this time of year. Many more deer and lots bigger deer than Jack County.
