I hope the neighbors let him grow! He is safe if he stays on this ranch since I'm the only one hunting there..

Very pretty 8. Good editing/video creation, by the way. What's the tire on the t-post thingy?

Sounds like you've got a situation similar to the smaller hill country places - if he leaves your place, he's dead. Which begs the question - What are you waiting for? He'd be a great kid's deer for sure.

I'm just a little punchy from coming off 4 days with one of my friends constantly talking ages of deer. I just can't stay interested for that long. If you want him and he'd make you happy, by all means, whack him!

Are you related to Woody Harrelson cause you sound like him with a Texas Twang?

Great videos I have been enjoying them.

"by the way. What's the tire on the t-post thingy?" I was wondering the same thing! Great deer, 3.5-4.5, 120.

I'm gonna say he's between 2 1/2 - 3 1/2. I'd let him grow. He's nice now just think what he'd be like in two years

I am saying 3.5 yr old. Great looking buck. I would definitely let him go another 2 years. Regardless that was a great video to watch. Thanks for sharing.

I hunt not far from you I been watching these videos trying to figure out your location by landscape. Been fun watching and I got it narrowed down pretty close. either way that deer is 4 and should get into the mid 120s.. Nice buck cheers

That is a pig/deer feeder. The corn is on the inside and hard to get at. The pigs will root around the tire and get all excited.. that's the theory anyway.. first time I've built one.. based on the other deer toys I've made this is a good way to get good game cam shots..

You can fill a big piece of PVC full of holes just big enough for corn to get out and put a swivel chain on the end and anchor it to the ground cheers

Honestly I'm not much of a trophy hunter and would really love for one of the boys to take any one of the nice bucks on the ranch. I've taken my fair share and don't have the strong urge to take a big buck with my rifle, however if one steps into bow range he's gonna have to dodge the stick I'm gonna fling at him.. It is almost too easy with a gun once you have developed the skills necessary to do it with a bow. (especially when hunting a great place like this with plenty of opportunity and time to hunt)

I've seen those feeders but I found this old tire and thought it would be fun to watch the pigs figure it out..
