How many of y'all hunt with decoys? Do you use a buck or doe decoy? Any luck thinking about buying one

Small buck. Ivew had two bucks come in on my decoy after I rattled and grunted.They both bowed up and came in ears pinned and sideways.
Mostly no decoy though. THats been my history.

They just don't work down in South Texas for some reason. Not sure why. So I never use them.
