We're having fajitas friday night and we're putting a pork butt on friday night to have for lunch saturday. then it's a fish fry saturday night. Saturday breakfast is what we call a "sportsmans breakfast" after the hunt. It's eggs, carne guisada, sausage, bacon, and biscuits.
We'll get some rain this weekend in central but we are fired up nonetheless.

Looks like Friday night is fajitas as well for us, Saturday for lunch will be some burgers and Saturday night is a big brisket that I'm gonna put on when I get there tomorrow! Breakfast is usually a toss up... Biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, sausage, grits you never know what you're gonna get.
You can run but you can't hide...

Stop somewhere on the way.
Just going to be me and the old man this weekend so we will keep it simple. BBQ chicken legs with baked taters, some eggs and sausage for breakfast and a samich for lunch.

Does anyone ever shoot camp meat anymore? I no longer hunt deer but when I did, we'd pull out a few tenderloins and put them on the grill.
Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

My wife made some scrapple out of the heart and liver from the hog I shot yesterday. I'll be slicing some up and browning it in the skillet this evening.
