my previous post I shot a doe and wasn't able to find it, most likely due to my mechanical BH. I switched to muzzy x3s and got a doe this Saturday morning. arrow blew through and she ran 20 yards and dropped.. that afternoon I didn't see anything but my father-n-law left his x-bow and took his 30-30 because this coyote showed up same time everyday like clockwork. it just got dark, I'm at camp and I hear him shoot. so I make me jim beam and coke, grab my 22 revolver and start walking back there to check on him and I turned on the trail to his blind and I hear something running at me in the woods. "sounded like hogs" so I pull back my hammer and sure enough 3 30lb hogs come out and I dropped one 2 feet from me and shot another we couldn't find, never spilt my drink. turns out he was shooting at the same hogs that ran into me. and then yesterday father-n-law shot a messed up 4 point, 3 on one side and it had 2 on the other but his brow tine was broke off at the main beam. it was a good weekend for sure. I could have taken another doe but I didn't even carry my bow sunday morning.

Yes, I said you shouldn't be bow huntin, but only because there was a lot going on with your bow or your form, or whatever, that needed to be corrected and worked out before you went back out with it.
