So, posted on here a few weeks ago and wasn't having deer at all on camera, made a few changes, and lets just say I have found the deer, with over 4000 pictures in a week at a 20 second delay. This mornings check however, was the coolest thing I have gotten on camera.. date and time is wrong I know..

The one on the left appears to be a year older than the other one. But both are very nice bucks.

stxranchman, would you say probably 4.5 for the one on the left, and 3.5 for the other one. I am going to have access to this land next year, so I have thought about leaving the one on the right. My question is, do they have a 7 year old daddy running around in here somewhere.

I figured I would give this camera a try since they were on super sale at Academy, and I absolutely love them. I have bought 3 more since I had this one.

This is the Moultrie 880I Gen II. not bad for a $99 camera.

5 or 6 on the left buck and 4 or 5 on the one on the right.

Okay awesome, well I am going to bust the first one of them to walk out, but given the opportunity at both I will likely shoot the older one.

bad news is going to be getting him out of the woods, back in the thicket I know they are going to run back into. Both of them look like they eat well. The younger buck looks like hes built like a race horse when hes standing next to the doe

Get you a game cart from Cabelas or BPS. I have one to get bucks out of places I can not drive into with a vehicle.

My best deer to date was only 122", and I am hoping to move that mark up some this season. Should both of these deer be higher than 122" ?

The older deer (10 pt due to kicker on g2) seems to have decent mass and tine length. I was guessing the thing to hurt him will be his beam length. I am not good at scoring, but I have him at 128" or so?

The younger (9 pt) has good beam length, a larger spread, and pretty solid tine length. Doesn't have the mass of the other though. I am guessing him at 134" or so?

I feel both are pretty solid deer for Smith County in East Texas
