Going on a archery hunt in the beginning of December anybody ever hunted this place?

Yep. It's a good hunt. Plenty of deer and hogs but it's real thick. If you have a strap on tree stand bring it. Climbers won't do a lot of good because there aren't many straight trees with few low limbs.
If you have an ATV, bring it. That will let you hunt more areas. They usually won't let vehicles in parts of it if it's muddy. They don't want you stuck or tearing up the roads.
Bring some rubber boots and plenty of bug dope. The mosquitoes can be horrendous, but sometimes they aren't bad.
The folks that run the place are some real cool cats that put on a great hunt. Just be sure to follow the rules exactly because there will likely be a game warden at the check out station.
As far as spots, you will have to find that out on your own. There are secret spots that my sons and I have found around there after hunting the place over several years. There aren't a lot of bad sections there though, so if you go out and hunt your section and not just stare at a pile of corn, you will do fine.
