I have been watching this buck for a few years. I know its him because ive had pics of him with growths on him each year.

Here he is at 2 years 8 pt

Here he is at 3 years 9 pt

Here he is at 4 years 12 pt

Last year the growths were pretty bad. Big lumps all over his body. This year he has some very small ones but they never got bad.

Do you have any better pictures? If you showed me those 3 pictures, I'd never guess they were the same deer.

Hard to say that is same deer. The middle pic is no help. If you are going on the curved in 1's that is a major genetic trait passed down from the pappy. Pic 3 is probably pic ones MUCH older brother. Can't see the body but the bow legs say mature. Looks like a shooter to me.

TEXASCAT, he has to be going by the curved browtines as I completely agree with you. Most deer on here, I scratch my head when guys say it's the same deer year-year. In a lot of cases, that is optimism IMO.

Those look like Fibromas and deer that have them get them every year. I can see one in the second pic on top of the left shoulder up high and in the same area in this years pic. If it is Fibromas they usually loose them when it gets colder. I agree it is the same buck. He is a really great looking buck this year.
