Looking for a used catchpole to buy. Setting traps for myself and my Daughter in PA. Not looking for any other catch. Want to release unharmed. Thanks

Sorry, should of mentioned I live in PA. We can only harvest one Bobcat. Wished we had Hogs here. I know I will be slammed for saying that.

If you are releasing Bobcats a catch pole is not a good option. It is possible / likely that after the release the cat will die. Get a small piece of plywood and cut a notch in the bottom big enough for the leg and make a handle on the back side. Place the plywood with notch over the leg of the Bobcat with the trap on your side.

What are you thinking The truth be known; most hunters would miss having pigs to hunt, especially in the off season. But you can have too much of a good thing. Are you catching bobcats in a live trap, Have-a-heart type?
