I'm starting to book low-fence hunts for the 2015 season. We have access to 6 new ranches this year located near De Leon that need to have a lot of doe & cull bucks thinned out. Hunts will be offered Fri-Sun/ morning or evening. We do not offer lodging, but there are several RV parks surrounding us and a small motel in town. There are also several motels in Stephenville, 20 minutes to the East.
The price is 200$ per person, per hunt (only half is due if there is no shot opportunity).

Price includes:
- guide fee
- one doe
- unlimited coyotes
- unlimited hogs (we have A LOT)
- field dressing by your guide
- optional second doe for 150$

We can accommodate up to parties of 4. We have several nice 8 points priced at $1,200 and a ton of potential "First buck" culls that will range from $600-$800. Both are extremely low prices for buck hunts.
We have multiple large tower blinds as well as box blinds, pop-up blinds, and one ladder blind for bow hunters.
All deer will be field dressed by your guide for no extra fee.

I can be reached by PM here or by text/call at 254-734-5344
Hunts will book fast so let's get you marked down on the calendar. As a side note, several locations will have onsite cellular game cameras. You will be allowed to have your number put into the cam to monitor night activity prior to your morning hunt. Pictures will be texted to both of our phones. This will help determine which stand to hunt from.

BOW STAND LOCATION FROM LAST YEAR (Haven't pulled SD card yet this year.)

Properties are low fenced, but the $200 price is for one sitting which will include one doe. If you aren't provided a shot opportunity, you only pay the guide $100 for his time

Steve.W by sitting, I mean a morning OR evening hunt.

I've been seeing a good "first buck" kinda deer. Was a decent 8 point but broke off one side, so he's legal as having one umbranched side. Can let go at a reasonable price for a youth hunt
