I'm looking for a deer lease within 3 hours of Prosper (McKinney, Frisco) long term starting in year 2017. Looking advance because I'm leaving soon to go to Guatemala for mission work for a lengthy period of time and will miss the 2016 season and want to have a place set for when I get back.

Hopefully lots of hogs. I'm really the only hunter in my family and my parents nor siblings have ever hunted. So the hunting is mainly for me but we're looking for a place that has a decent cabin so they can be remote yet comfortably enjoying the outdoors while I hunt. Hopefully I can start them off and get them into hog hunting and gradually into killing doe and cull bucks.

Depending on the amenities I think 3000 is the budget

Cant help you with the lease aspect but have fun on your mission trip to GUA. Ive been 2 times. We go down to the coast to Livingston. We have a great time and oh the memories we make.
