Anyone ever hunt here with this guy and his ranch? Prices seem good...$750 for a shoot any buck over 120 P&Y and no other fees...

I haven't hunted with him but did hunt next door to him.
I know the deer he has. His pictures aren't myth. We target 140-160's and have seen bigger.
It's true hunting and you won't be sitting over a feeder. He has lots of repeat customers for a reason.

I've had a couple of buddies hunt with him and they say NOTHING BUT GOOD about him and his operation. The only thing they say is you need to know your deer. He is serious about the 120" rule. Ground shrinkage can cost you. If I could hit a bull in the butt with a stick and string, I'd hunt with him.
