I'm curious what times you set your feeder/s to throw in the AM and PM?

I was out last week and set them to spin at 5:30 PM and 6:30 AM (based on current time in Rocksprings area))
(just to keep it simple since I have some exotics I do this so I make sure I'm in the position no later than 5:00 PM and 6:00 AM)
During season I'll adjust once or twice so that they spin about 1 hour before dark and 15 minutes before sun up
This is the key for me depending on you location.

For us it is 15 - 25 minutes before sunrise and one hour before sunset.
There is no really good rule for all of Texas as Orange differs from Dalhart by a good 30 minutes.
I hunt in 4 different counties and set the time accordingly, it is simple, just google sunrise/sunset for your area.

I try to set mine for 1 hr past sunrise and 1.5 hr before sunset....

Just remember to keep your times consistent year-round. Deer do not wear watches, so Daylight Savings Time means nothing to them.
My choice of times is about 6:45AM and 5:00PM with a 4 or 5 second feed time - I try to keep those cycles standard year-round.

I have it set at the following below. I currently hunt south Of Woodville, Tx.
7am
Noon - Saw too many pictures of deer at this time on camera cruising through so I decided to throw a few seconds at noon so there would always be a chance of corn being on the ground. Plus when its cold the deer will move all throughout the day.
4:30pm

I have mine set to go off at 7 am and 5 pm and I never change it. Time changes in Nov. and it will go off at 6am and 4pm.

7am/4pm when DST ends. I don't want them eating it all in the dark. Sunrise/set times can differ 30 minutes across the state so there is not one perfect time.
