It went so fast that my wife and I did not get a chance to plate it.
Sorry no pics.

Followed this recipe, I highly recommend it. I would use 2 lbs if you can't find 1.5 lbs in a package. I marinated it over night covered in 1 tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle a light coat of garlic powder, goya adobo seasoning and goya complete seasoning.

Boiling the meat is straight forward, boil it covered it just like she does it with the ingredients. Take the Steak out of the water, let it cool to where you can touch it, then shed it. I sprinkled just a little more adobo seasoning on the shredded steak. You fry the onions in medium high olive oil for about 2 minutes until translucent, the garlic another 1 minute keep stirring, then add the shredded Flank Steak before and stir it around until the meat starts getting brown 4-5 minutes (but keep an eye on it, timing will vary on heat). Take it off the heat and squeeze a lime on it. Put it in all on a plate with a scoop of rice on the side, grab a fork and run and hide.

A little like a twice cooked pot roast. Looks great.
