Cut the top five inches or so off of an old pair of thick sox so you have two tubes. Throw the bottoms away.

When you want to start a scent trail, put the tubes over the front half of your boots. Pour a bit of the scent of your choice on any non-porous surface (a piece of plastic from a grocery bag works well, step on the scent, and start walking.

For scent, get yourself a box of those little Glad "snack bags". Collect the hocks and urine from any deer you or your friends kill. Put one or two hocks and an ounce or two of urine in a snack bag and store in a freezer. Grab one whenever you plan to use scent.

I use a scent line for the last 200 yard walk to my stand just about every hunt.

If you can't laugh at yourself, give me a call. I'll gladly laugh at you.

Also can just use the strip off the top of a feed sack since there is already a string on it too

Used the tampon for years as a hanger. Leave in tree about as 6 ft and had multiple scraps created over the years. Keep them in the old 35mm film tubes. Just clean and descent each year. Buck to doe ratio is everything when it comes to the results experienced from scents IMO.
