Went out tonight an hour before sunset and set up about 50 yards from the deer corn with the 17hmr

The guy in the middle showed up with about 20 minutes of light left. 10 minutes later his younger brother on the left showed up. Just as I was about to pack it in I heard some rustling to my right. I turned to look and the guy on the right was 3 yards away from me but was heading away from the bait. I swung on him but couldn't find him in the scope. Turned the magnification down to 1 and tried again - by this time he was about 7 or 8 yards away and that's as far as he got.

I killed 6 of these buggers this spring while turkey hunting and the 3 tonight makes 9 so far in the last 4 months.

One and a bit. Bags in my area are 88lbs so probably about 100lbs. I pay about $0.10 per pound ($8-$9 taxes in per 88lb bag).

One bag lasts about 2 weeks on the ground and humping them into the bush on my back keeps me in shape.
