I thought I saw a ad for one somewhere but google is failing me...

Is there such a animal? Installs on the ocular bell and illuminates the reticle of a regular scope?

I'd like to see what it looks like in the field close to dusk looking through it.

It all depends on what you get. I have one on my air rifle and it's great but I have one on
My AR and when you turn it on at night you can't see through the scope just see color.

I understand what your talking about. I am saying when its almost dark (still able to look through scope) and the cross hairs start to blend in and a hog walks out. I want to see a picture of the cross hairs at that moment. If that lights it up like you'd expect, I want one. And a lot of others will too. Put that on the websites background and watch them move off the shelf. Just want to see a picture of it in than setting.

I can't stand lighted reticles at night because the light washes out the target. I prefer scopes with a lighted center dot, like the Leupold Fire Dot, Vortex V-Brite, etc. We have pig lights that shine on the feeders and with the dot turned to the lowest setting, it's perfect.

That's kind of what I was thinking would happen. And why they may not have pictures of it on their site.

The Gotreticle @ $30 might be worth trying. I could let my guest use it for hog hunting.
