A Blonde who was a little overweight went to her doctor and asked for help. The doctor said, "Here's what you do. Eat normally for two days and walk two miles and then skip a day. Then eat normally for 2 days, and walk two miles and then skip a day."
A couple of weeks later she came back to see the doctor, and found out she had lost 20 pounds. The doctor was impressed, and asked how she felt. "I feel OK now, but I thought I was going to die."
The doctor asked, "You mean, when you were walking two miles?"
"No, she said, it was all that skipping!"
