We hunted him all last season, when I did see him, no clients were around. Hopefully he will be as clean and bigger this coming season. You fellows probably know more than me, what does he score?

Probably an easy 140+ 8 right there.

Going to be hard to judge with straight on pic and all the curve/arc of those points and beams. His frame looks really big which will kick his score way up. Nice buck whatever his score ends up. These kind of bucks really shock people on score when they are on the ground.

I put this buck up to show you a 9 point that scored 142 inches, this year. I am sorry about the photo on the 8 point. I will say that I think his right beam is 26 to 27 inches, I have never had much time to study him as he is flagging off, lol.
This is a tuff one.

Nice deer no matter what

My first impression was upper 150's with 105" of mainbeams, mass and spread(I used 27" and 26" MBs). A side view will tell whether that should be more or less on score. He can have very long tines that arc or angle forward that will have their length hidden.

160-165 hell of a deer brother. Remember I have a guy wanting a 180 8 point... Sounds crazy but if anyone here can do it you can.

I guessed at his length and then pulled off my boots to help with the math then came up with 166" give or take a few inches. His mass will help!!! Hell of a buck for sure. Baker

What'd that big 8 that was poached in Michigan or Minnesota a few years back score?

Going off memory this guy is smaller than that deer, but not by a lot. I'm guessing he will crush 150 and sniff 160. With a big beautiful 8, does score matter? Nice buck!

Pffff.....That is one of the Biggest 8's I have seen, a side profile would really determine his score a bit better, but.....I am not at all bashful to say he could be HIGH 150's if not 160+....those Beams are long and Mass is Great!

I got to see the original pic when we were out there. I'm saying this guy will scare 170. I know that's a lot for an 8 point but the genetics are there at Bear Creek.

I hunted an 8 point a few years ago that looked close to this one, the only difference was it had longer brow tines and maybe a little less mass, but not much.
I was unable to connect with that buck but a guy ended up getting him later on in the season and he ended up scoring over 170, If I remember right it was 172 1/8.

So I bet he is right around 170
