330 acres 8 miles west of Paducah off of HWY 70. Large neighbors, minimal pressure. No livestock and water is available on lease. Lease has produced 150" caliber deer. 2 responsible, management minded hunters @ $5000 for entire lease, non negotiable. Immediate family OK; however, no more than 2 trophy caliber WT bucks allowed (trophy = 5.5 years old and 10 or more points). No campsite available, will have to stay in Paducah, Matador, etc... Long term may be available for the right pair of hunters. If you have any questions, please contact Shannon @ 214-676-9518.

PM me about this lease either way... But does this land ever have ducks on its water, or are there ducks in the surrounding areas?
