Does anyone have any knowledge of how the sand mines in this area are effecting or will effect land prices....looked at a few places out there to buy and seems high with all the controversy surrounding the mining activity. thanks in advance!

I am not an expert on the real estate there, I did hunt there from 2011-2013 and as far as the hunting goes it is hard to beat. I know the land is priced high because of the sand mines. We hunted next to the Voca Ranch and it was for sale for a long time with a price tag over 3 million for 2300 acres I believe.
