I have sent Pulsar an email but have not gotten a response. I ordered an LSQ19 from Optics Planet. The model # listed was "PL77310". Here are the specs from the Optics Planet website.

Detector type: UL 03 16 2 (a-Si)
Refresh rate, Hz: 9
Magnification, x: 2.1
Digital zoom, x: 2
Resolution, pixels: 384x288
OLED Display size, in: 0.31
Close-up range, m: 2
Exit pupil, mm: 8
Spectral range, μm: 7.7-13.2
Field of view, HxV, degree: 14.4x10.8
Diopter adjustment, D: ±5
Max. detection range, m/yd: 900/985
Start-up time, sec: 10
Power supply: 4÷6V
Battery type: 4xAA
External power supply: 8.4-15V
Operating time on battery EPS3/EPS5: 9/20
IP code: IPX4
Video output: PAL/NTSC
Operating temp., °C: -20 to +50
Dimensions, mm: 200 x 86 x 59
Weight, oz: 19.7

The model I received just says "77310". The specs in the manual say only 160X120, I do no think it has any digital zoom, says max detection 450/490, detector type says UL 02 15 2.

Did I get an older model? I am very confused. Is there a difference between plain "77310" and "PL77310"?

Hmm... I see the LSQ 19 as having these specs and can be seen here: http://www.outdoorswarehouse.com.au/products/Pulsar-Quantum-LSQ19-Thermal-Imager.html

SPECIFICATIONS
Microbolometer: UL 02 15 2
Magnification: 1.9 x
Refresh rate: 9 Hz
Resolution of the microbolometer: 160x120
Field of view, HxV: 12x9°
Range of detection: 450 m
Operating temperature: -20 ... +50°С
Battery type: 4xAA
Level of Protection (acc. to IEC 60529): IPX4

I'm not really familiar with that specific model. I don't even see it listed on the pulsar website. At first I was thinking you were referring to the LD19S, but your specs seem very different from those you posted.

Here is the Optics Planet link.

http://www.opticsplanet.com/pulsar-thermal-imaging-scope-quantum-19.html

The specs you list matches the documentation I received with the product. The website description is much different. It also mentions the three calibration modes and also the three operating modes which mine does not seem to have. I think I will probably be sending this one back.

You can call Sellmark Customer Service and give them your serial number to see what you have in hand.

The listed specs on optics planet are not correct.

PM me if you need contact info for Sellmark

I think what you want is probably an hd19a or s. Those are the current models. I have contact with sellmark if you don't get anywhere with optics planet.
