Your driving down the highway or just out in the country and find yourself going below the speed limit because your looking for places that would be a good setup for a deer stand or to call for varmints. Happens to me all the time. Different kind of distracted driving.

I am always look at ranches and for deer when driving down the highway. I wonder if the ranch would look better inside the gate or just how it would look inside the ranch. I have done that to many ranches driving down the highway and then later been able to see quite a few from the interior view over the years. Many look so much better once you get off the road. I can say that I was never disappointed in a ranch that I was able see then one day look at from inside the gates.

Constantly while driving in the country.

Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.
Don't text and drive.

Really all I ever wanted growing up.......Live someplace w/a pretty drive to work, where I might just see some critters from the road.

I'm always scanning for critters. Wife never sees them, even when I point them out sometimes. But she gets to see plenty of deer right behind the house. I figure they all followed me home from the lease, 'cause they dang sure ain't out there these days...

Dont know if anyone has seen the Bar None hunt company between Barnhart and Sterling City but I cant hardly get down the road because im looking so hard. Ive tried to google the place and theres not much on it, i think that adds to the mystique. I would LOVE to ride around and see the inside.

I spent some time in New Mexico when they had a bounty on coyotes. If you saw a coyote on the road you would stop and cut off the ears to get the $20 bounty. A good day you could collect several, but most of the time some red neck had beat you to it. For years I think some people thought coyotes didn't have ears.

Mostly looking for blinds and such, and the occasional deer in the fields, different times of the year can see more stuff.

I am always doing it in the country primarily making sure I don't miss any critters in the fields and woods;

My partner of 46 years is always saying why are you driving so slow you drive like an old man. I haven't told her exactly why !!!!!
