This is a video a hunting buddy of mine made of a few of our hunts together. The dog is an 18 month old Chesapeake. This was the dog's and my friend's first full season duck hunting. I thought he did really well and I think its a pretty cool video. Remember also that birds always look a lot further on a GoPro.

Cdoz35 is with us on most of these as well

You pro retriever trainers don't beat him up to bad.

Excellent and a great pup! I've got a love/hate w/cripples...love to watch my young pup chase 'em, but makes me damn nervous when he gets way out.

Yeah it's fun to watch them chase the cripples. That dog is in extremely good shape. My 9 year old gal can't get to far out without me getting nervous but that young pup swam after a pintail one time for close to 400-500 yards. He was pooped but was ready to go again pretty quick.
