Tried out my new Icotech 300 and Mojo outdoor critter. Unfortunately, nothing decided to come out and play. Does anybody hunt predators in Van Zandt county?

I know the feeling, I only get to hunt predators when I go up to my parents house in Missouri, I have gone out probably 20-30 times and have never seen anything but birds and squirrels. Still rather be out calling than sitting at work.

Took my young niece and nephew out to the blind tonight for round 2. They brought some snacks and drinks, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Kept hearing them rustling the snacks and gulping the drinks. I was setting up my call and decoy and the yotes started yapping. I still heard them throughout the hunt and they had to have been 200-300 yards into the woods. So close yet so far away. Plus the flashlight died..
