Yes, they make quality rings. A little heavy, but good quality.

I have run a set of warne rings for the last couple seasons on a hunting rifle without issue. I wouldnt hesitate to buy them again

I use them on almost every gun I own. Rock solid. Built in Oregon. I have used the QD and regular disconnect with absolutely zero problems.
