Looking for a yearly non-hunting lease on land near Austin to train my Deutsch-Drahthaar. Only needs are enough water for water training, enough land to be able to train for upland, and remote enough to be able to shoot over the dog. Happy to have blackout dates stipulated to not get in the way of real hunters, and will be extremely responsible with your land. I'm a 46 yr old exec with years of experience training bird dogs. This is my first dog that hunts upland, so will probably need to be doing a lot of training Not sure what a reasonable price for this would be...am open to suggestions.
