I just found these in New Braunfels Greensheet.
75 acres $1875, 99 acres $1900, 150 acres $3750. I don't know anything more about them. Just thought I'd share. (888)774-5720

Here's the deal with those places.. Its a guy out of Houston that breaks up those places into 10 acre tracts no restrictions... Owner finance.. I used to lease a few of his places for cattle. One week there may be a dozer in there and the next week a new 10 acre tract owner is fencing you out. Not to be a sour puss but if your looking long term these are not the places. However if you want meat hunts and just a short term lease there probably good to go. Just my two cents. Merry Christmas!
