Buzzkill right there. Yep, that could be the reason. Pretty field, is it yours or your neighbors?

Erathkid, that's on my place, what's bad is there is a whole lot more. They planted about 75 to 80 acres.

Look for entry/exit points. They're liable to be anywhere though. Sometimes it's just the luck of the draw, where a deer shows up. Sometimes deer will cross where a fence is low or a small coulee or draw area if you have them.

I thought this year I would really have them coming to the feeder's, cause this year would have been corn, last year wheat, then corn futures went south, so wheat again this year. So is the life of farming. But I sure was wanting corn, cause they don't plant corn till February.

Billy, any updates?. I've got a camera set up on a small oat patch and they are tearing it up, especially at night. Another area where we have a couple of acres they are going nuts for it too.

Erathkid, aint seen a deer in the daytime in a week. Now at night when my hound goes to barking, in turn my q beam on I can see all the deer I want. They are hitting the wheat HARD, a few on gc during the day, at night they look like they are having a PARTY.
