Will one of the wheeled meat/cheese slicers also cut de-boned hindquarters into steaks?

If it is very sharp it will but if not it will pull and tear the meat. This is from experience.

Probably if it was frozen. Those slicers were made for processed foods like salami etc.

Have a slicer, For steaks from the ham muscles you are better off with a sharp knife IMO
