Just wanted to put in a BIG thanks to Doug and Neil from Cameraland NY. I had been looking at getting a 1-4x24 scope for my blackout and had asked Doug a quick question about one that they had. While deciding on what I wanted to do, I then read up on the 2-10x32 from Vortex. Doug had one in and I asked about it. He quoted me a super deal but also stated that he was out of town and that I should call the shop and ask for Neil. After I called CameralandNY and Neil got on the phone I stated that I was interested in the Vortex PST 2-10x32 and that Doug had quoted me a price from being a member of THF - Neil basically replied with a quick 5W - asked a payment method and BAM, it was done. Pleasant guys to work with I received the scope a couple of days later. I will definitely be reaching out to them again after I build that 6.8....
Oh and if you do talk to Neil, ask him about Attack of the Killer B's from the 90s.
Thanks again you two.

Hopefuly range time tomorrow and can post up some pics.

I think we should all pay tax even on online sales, this would help brick and mortar places in area communities, but I have to admit, I buy online to save the extra 10%...Doug does a good job, also Alex at Eurooptic is good to deal with.

Just to clarify, I messaged Doug and then called in a purchase. I researched the optics I was interested in Online but purchased over the phone.

I agree, I've called Cameraland too and they are nice guys to do business with. I also like SWFA, also great folks to deal with.
Optics planet...rarely, mostly if it's a great deal on a hard to find item; like some ruger warne rings I wanted or just a occasional great sale you run into browsing the site. I do a lot of research there.
