Get a Lem, and never look back. About the best out there. Academy has several models to choose from.

I love my Cabelas commercial grade. I bought the 1/2 power model. It is a work horse. Did 30 pounds of breakfast sausage the other day in very little time.
Goes on sale regularly too. Easy to clean. Very simple machine.

We use a #32 hand crank grinder, plenty fast for us, really needs 2 people to be working when using it. But I refuse to make sausage if no one wants to help. Everybody wants to eat the sausage, then someone better help of they get the store brand.

I have been using a Lem #12 big bite for a few years with excellent results. If you plan on doing a lot of regrinding you may want a grinder with a bigger throat like a #22 hobart or torrey.

I have a Kitchener 3/4 hp #22 that is a beast. It can grind as fast as i can put the meat into the throat. It cleans up really easy. The only negative I could think of is it is really heavy and loud, but that is not a problem for me.
