Tomorrow I leave the phone in my room!

9am I start seeing a few does but the temp is in the low teens so they don't stay long.

11am I head back to warm up with some coffee and lunch.

2pm back in stand.

3pm cold and board so I'm on my phone at the back of the blind by the heater.

4pm I look up just in time to see antlers disappear back into the brush.

6pm still haven't seen any more deer and my brother in law is here to pick me up. Told him what I saw and he pulls the game cam from the road I saw the antlers on.

6:15pm sitting in the truck looking through the pictures and trying not to cry when I see the buck I didn't even see walk through.

so tomorrow morning im leaving the phone in my room and sitting all day even if I freeze to death!

Where you hunting in Missouri? I live and hunt in Central Missouri.
Saw that the Missouri Rifle opening weekend was great. Had over 91,000 deer harvested (about 30,000 more than 2013).

I remember leaving my stand at 4:30pm because I had a meeting to go to and when I checked the TC I had pictures of me leaving and a mature buck stepping out and watching me leave so I know how you feel!!! bang Good luck in the morning!!!

closest town you might recognize is Trenton. Really we're closer to the Iowa border than anything!

That stinks; it would make me sick. Pretty funny on this end of the story though!

I always worry about that when I've got my phone out. Hasn't happened yet that I know of.
