Duck Chaser I like your thinking but that lid is gonna be your downfall! I'd try brushing up the lid and leaving just enough room to push thru and shoot! That's you plan right throw it forward! That's a lot of time for a duck to flare that you could be pulling that trigger! Just my opinion tho!

You need a door in a door to push down to shoot. Big door will fall to slow. Needs small door to get through.

I'd put some more bracing sections in for strength. Grassing it up will be one test, but wet grass will be quite another for usual duck weather.

Good luck!

Cool idea... I don't know how mobile it will be if you grass it in and get it all muddy and wet- but definitely cool for hunting the same spot a few times.

Wasn't born in Texas, but I got there as fast as I could.

The door will be like waiving a giant flag late season that says get shot here…

I have built a pvc blind very similarly tho. If you just glued all the joints over time as you carry/torque it they will fall apart maybe not season 1 depending on which glue you used but down the road. Use little self taping screws and forget the glue. Give it some extra bracing where you plan to carry it from or throw some bbq wheels on one end. Otherwise you end up carry pieces of your blind at a time.
