Two types of hunters out there: Those who've got hogs and those who're gonna get hogs!

Thankfully we are still waiting for them, may it be a long, long wait!

I am, filed the paperwork bolt

My place is so small, they'd be through it, before they knew they was here...

Just thinking the same thing. Shoot one of the others first and then shoot tripod while he is trailing behind the herd!

No need to ferment. The corn their eating in the pic isn't fermented. Plain old corn works well in a trap. jmho.

I have a question for you fellas. I put a feeder up on a little place I can hunt in August. Put camera on it October 1st. I checked the TC on November 5th. 680 pics all hogs not a single deer. Most of the pics are during the night. Is there anyway to get the hogs to come in during day light? This is my first time at the feeder thing and really disappointed I have no deer pics. Last season (December) I did see deer sign but none this season. IDK maybe just no deer there. Anyway I would like to kill a few of those hogs but if there at night not sure what to do. Any help advice appreciated. The place is in Fannin county and is 190 acres. I would say only half of it is wildlife friendly, wooded, creek, brush etc. confused2

Either get a trap and you can shoot them in the morning, or, unfortunately, keep the feeder going and wait - soon there will be so many of them they'll have to come in shifts and you'll eventually catch some in daylight.

Time for a good rifle with a XLR-250 green light mounted on it and a blind about 60-75 yards away. Maybe put a $50. Moultrie feeder light under the feeder can. Bring coffee, a game or 2 on your phone, settle back and wait for the guest to show up at the feeder. Endeavor to persevere.
