I get my hunting-to-do-list going... Day before season it is an old worn out sheet of paper, been carrying around in my pocket...It currently has 43 action items on it, only 24 completed. grin

It's a white collar term, my wife says it sometimes. I'm not sure the difference between an action item and a line item, but a lot of times they "table" it, which obviously means to print it out and find a table to put it on.

"to-do" items. You know, like honey-to-do-list, this is a hunting-to-do-list. I guess because I'm ADD I learn over the years to write everything down that I need to do, or I will forget. grin

My list is pretty short for duck hunting. Dekes, waders, blind bag, and blind are always ready and packed - whether in the truck or boat. Grab the shotgun, make sure I got ammo and TP, and I'm ready.

Going to the lease to hunt deer or turkey for a few days is a much different thing. You'd think I'm staying a month and have to start packing a couple days ahead of time.

BTW, one thing I need is a check list for both my boats. I need a momarsh check list and a gator trax check list, these are more action items on my hunting-to-do-list.

That action item is cross off my list. BTW, Cabalas has tighten up their wader return policy, so I'm back to repairing waders again. grin

Really? I returned a pair with a leaky seam a couple months ago no problem. What's up?

How old were they? Mine were 2 years old. He told me 1 year now is the policy.

WHite collar term I like that. The term reminds me of politicians trying to make there agenda sound like a work in progress instead of lies. Either way I have had a long list for a long time it keeps growing and I keeping knocking em off.

Yeah, see ya spelled that wrong... smile

Waders were 3 years old. They had a seam leak though, which I think should be warrantied.

I have been a big dummy and poked/cut holes in some. Those I won't try to return.

Cabela's only wants to replace them within 1 year now. AT $250 for a pair of waders, it kind of made me feel like I ought to just take them in at month 11 for a few years and then buy another so I didn't feel like I was taking advantage.

I do that with my batteries from walmart. I felt bad at first but they cost so much and they give your the warranty might as well use it. I spend plenty of money on other crap. New batteries for the diesel every year fresh and free. My cabelas waiters have lasted three seasons hope they make through the 4th.

TP is always highlighted on my list. Nothing worse than losing a good pair of socks or underwear when you forget the TP.

I have gotten kinda paranoid about it, especially now that my normal "bidness meeting" is early morning. I have a roll or two in the boat, the truck, and my blind bag. All in ziplocks of course...
